Notes

Please make sure to serve food on the wooden part. Avoid placing food directly on the resin part. Please use a sheet or small plate.
Epoxy resin has a heat resistance of about 60-80℃, so if you place a hot cup or other object directly on it, it may discolor or deform. Be sure to use a coaster or other covering.
Do not use in microwave ovens or ovens as this may cause damage or deformation.

Do not use a dishwasher as it may cause damage.
Resin is sensitive to high temperatures, so do not immerse it in hot water above 40°C.
Avoid immersing in water for long periods of time.
Use a soft sponge or cloth to prevent scratches on the resin parts when using a hard sponge or brush.
Use a neutral detergent as strong alkaline or acidic detergents may damage the resin surface.
Do not use solvent-based cleaners such as alcohol or thinner as they may damage the surface.

Store out of direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place, as this may cause the wood to warp or crack.

If you notice any damage caused by use, or minor scratches or discoloration, please contact us. After checking the condition, we will inform you of whether repairs are possible and provide you with an estimate.

If there is an initial defect (crack on arrival), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will exchange it for a replacement or refund it free of charge.
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience (such as differences in the product image).
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or damaged due to customer negligence.
